About the role
Camphill Village Trust is undergoing significant change in a post-Covid environment and has refreshed leadership at both Board and Executive levels. Our ambition is to grow, mitigate challenging cost risks within the social care markets, and continue to improve quality whilst building on our unique position as a leader in green land-based care and supported housing for adults with a learning disability.
The role of Chief Finance Officer is a new one. It focuses on the financial sustainability of our unique approach to adult social care in relation to Homes, Estates, Farming, Enterprise, Fundraising and Commercial opportunity. It provides leadership which will unlock our potential to directly influence long-term sustainability (both financial and to the planet) co-designed with and for the Charity’s beneficiaries.
The role holder will partner with the Chief Executive to further develop the leadership model and coach and mentor the leadership and management teams to enable equity and equality and develop our value proposition to all our colleagues.
